Most of our porcelain tiles are rectified, however we recommend leveling with us.
Natural Stone slabs sizes are to be confirmed at the time of order.
Natural stones are available in other finishes upon request.
Tiles, cut-to-size, and dimensional stone are available upon request.
The customer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to ensure that tiles ordered
meet the required Dynamic Coefficient of Friction (DCOF) standards for safety. In
the event that tiles are installed that do not meet DCOF requirements and any
incidents occur, the company (KPGD) shall not be held responsible or liable for any
related incidents for, accidents, or damages. It is recommended that customers verify
DCOF compliance before installation to prevent any potential safety risks.
