Acero, Noce, and Rovere (Maple, Walnut, and Oak) are the three types of wood selected for this rustic and natural project.

The timeless simplicity of the design and the large sizes of the Forest series blend perfectly with contemporary settings.

Thanks to its thickness of 5.5mm, the surface recreates, in incredible detail, the different degrees of roughness and relief typical of aged wood fibres that have been planed by hand.

The rectification of the edges ensures that the slats are perfectly squared, for more precise laying and a final result of great aesthetic impact.

Miele Forest is part of the MICROBAN® COLLECTION which is a sophisticated line of antimicrobial porcelain tiles spanning an impressive array of nuanced designs modeled from real marble, natural stone, wood and other materials. The new "green" product is the perfect substitute for Wood. Created with built-in Microban® technology and in partnership with Panariagroup, this collection inhibits the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria on the surface of the tiles to help create clean and fresh spaces. MICROBAN® COLLECTION, available in standard tile formats in a variety of different finishes, can be applied to any surface, including floors, walls, countertops, and cabinetry. This collection costs less than natural stone and offers LEED-certified protection for the same price as traditional porcelain.

MICROBAN® COLLECTION tiles can be effectively complemented by the use of other antimicrobial building materials, such as the tile grout offered by Laticrete.
